Butjani Tented Lodge

Butjani Lodge is a small intimate bush retreat situated on a 650ha private Nature Reserve. The safari type tented accommodation, complimented by a landscape teaming with a wide variety of wildlife and birds, paints a picture of the Africa described by famous explorers of colonial times.

The lodge can accommodate 8 guests in 4 individual tented chalets. All chalets have en-suite bathrooms, fans, outdoor showers and decks from where the tranquility of the African bush can be absorbed.

Activities include game drives, bush walks, birding, star gazing and cycling. The lodge is also in close proximity to the historic town of Cullinan, source of the world’s largest diamond. Guided tours of the area can be arranged by prior appointment.
